About Our Charity
Raising Harts is a non-profit dedicated to providing support for families with Autistic and neurodiverse children through mentorship, education, and inclusive events.

Founded by Candice Hartford, in honor of her three children, Raising Harts has filled a gap our community so desperately needed by offering a first of its kind parent-to-parent mentorship program that connects parents on different parts of their Autistic journey.

Raising Harts also provides free and low-cost education programs for caregivers to empower them to help their children and families.

Over the last year Raising Harts has hosted dozens of inclusive events that have brought the entire community together to raise acceptance and awareness.
