My Story…
As many of you know, when Jade was born we spent several weeks at BCCH. While we were fortunate enough to have friends and family to stay with and were in a good enough financial position to not require financial assistance, not all who find themselves in the same position are able to come up with the money for these unexpected expenses. Please consider donating to help support the families who are needing to travel for their child's medical needs.
Description
Every dollar raised in the community goes to help provide financial support and accommodation to Comox Valley families who need to travel to access medical care for a child or pregnant mother.
$50 = 1 night stay at a YANA apartment in Vancouver near BC Children’s Hospital
$100 = 4 night stay at Jeneece Place, Victoria
$200 = YANA envelope of cash for family’s emergency hospital transfer
$500 = 3 nights Nanaimo hotel accommodation
$1000 = B&B for Denman & Hornby expecting mothers
$1350 = 1 month medical travel expense funding
