Thrive Project is a community initiative led by two best friends and certified personal trainers. We host Sunday morning strength based workout classes @ The Space and offer women a place to come together to accomplish their goals while having fun + building connections.
Sunday morning strength class start at 9am
Lunges, squats and chest flys, oh my! This class is meant to provide a whole body workout to help build strength and confidence.
Modifications are also provided and we encourage everyone to increase the intensity by upping their weights when needed (typically every 6-8 weeks).
