What is the Santa Rosa Pumpkin Patch and where is it located? The Santa Rosa Pumpkin Patch is a 30 acre farm with a wide variety of activities for adults and kids. SRPP is the most expansive Pumpkin Patch in the county and is located at 5157 Stony Point Rd. near the Rohnert Park Expressway.
What is the Oktoberfest event about? Oktoberfest is a one-day celebration on September 30th of the German originated festival. We’ve added an 8K run, Beer Mile, Obstacle Course and Kids Run with bands, food vendors, and breweries serving seasonal beers under the Oktoberfest tent. Kids menu items and drinks are also offered. You'll also have access to the Pumpkin Patch and its activities.
What is included if I sign up for the race? If you sign up for any of the races (8K, Beer Mile, Obstacle Course, Kids run) your registration also includes the following; race bib, event shirt, Pumpkin Patch entry, and finisher medal which is a mini-stein for complimentary tastings of beers and other beverages in the Oktoberfest area. You’re granted entry into the Oktoberfest area with bands, food vendors and viewing of the Beer Mile and Obstacle Course races. View what's included in your pumpkin patch entry
Can I bring guests? Yes, purchase up to 3 additional Oktoberfest tickets in Add-Ons, or STORE on the registration page. Purchasing them online in advance saves time and is cheaper than purchasing them at the event.
Where do I pick up my race packet? You have two options to pick up your race bib and shirt. You can pick them up on either or Thursday or Friday at Sports Basement in Santa Rosa between 3:00pm and 6:30pm. A friend may pick up your packet for you if they have a copy of your ID. Bring your ID and preferable your registration confirmation with you at all times. Or pick up your packet on race morning between 6:30am and 7:45am for a fee of $5 by adding it to your registration.
Is there an age requirement? Anyone can come to the Pumpkin Patch and enjoy the activities but you must purchase at least a General Pumpkin Patch entry for $10 which is available online or on-site at the event. Kids are allowed in the Oktoberfest area but they can only taste non-alcoholic beverages if they have purchased a Kids Race entry or Oktoberfest pass with mini-tasting stein for $45. Kids up from 3 to 13 can run in the Kids Run and they must be at least 10 to run the 8K or Obstacle course.
What if I sign up but cannot attend? Your registration is non-refundable so to protect your registration we recommend adding Reg Shield option during the process for a small fee. Or you may transfer your registration to another person for a small fee.
Is there parking at the venue? Yes vehicles may park in the field adjacent to the Pumpkin Patch off Stoney Point Rd. Due to the large number of vehicles expected on race day there is a $10 fee per car which must be purchase in registration.
Are dogs allowed? Unfortunately due to the animals in the petting zoo dogs are not allowed on the Patch grounds.
