Cornwall Multisport Club - Jumble Run 2023

Details of the jumble run:

• Prediction event. No timing technology of any kind can be used.
• CMC Members & family: Free!
• Non-members 16+ : $15.00, Non-members under 16: $5.00
• Teams of three are created from picking names from a hat.
• Total race distance for each team is 10km
  • each member of the team must do at least 3 * 1km runs
  • only 1 team runner on the course at a time.
• There are four 1km race courses to choose from (road & trail). Any or all may be used in the run.
• There will be refreshments at the start/finish area.
• Prizes for the top team closest to their finishing time.
