The minimum age requirement is 10 years old and above. All children participating in the course must possess the physical, mental, and emotional capabilities to complete it while adhering to proper course etiquette. For children aged 10 to 13 years, a Registered Adult must accompany them during the run. Parents are responsible for making appropriate decisions regarding their child's participation based on their ability, size, and confidence level. Children aged 14 to 17 years can participate without an adult chaperone but must follow all course rules and regulations. The legal guardian of any participant under 18 years old must sign the event waiver(s).

Children under the age of 9 are not allowed to participate in the MONSTER DASH 5KM. However, they are welcome to join our Kids FUN Zone free of charge under adult supervision.

Please note that there are no refunds for entries payments or transfers. The run start time is at 9 am. sharp Spectators have complimentary access to the vendors and kids' fun zone. More details to be released.

All participants must collect their race kits during the designated Package Pickup hours.

• Emailed confirmation number
• Valid photo identification

If you are picking up a race package on behalf of another runner, please have the following ready:

• Full name of the registered runner
• Their confirmation number
• A copy of their valid photo ID
