We are proud to announce that this event is a sanctioned race by Athletics Ontario.

The Course:

Participants will run a 2.5km loop through a well marked trail forest at the Camp Heidelberg property in Kitchener Waterloo. This course is primarily made up of fast, groomed trails with some short but tougher and more technical sections with rocks & roots and a few rolling hills. Be ready for any weather conditions, October can bring rain or snow. There is plenty of room to set up a drop bag along the start finish - pavilion area

This will be a CUP-LESS event, please bring a water bottle or bottles with you.

Plenty of parking for all participants.

Sorry, no dogs or pet’s allowed on Camp Heidelberg Property at any time.

NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED AT ANY TIME

All events will start at 8am.

Timing

All events will be electronically timed by Chiptime Results.

Aid Stations:

Runners can expect the usual staples- water, Tailwind electrolyte drink, sweet and salty snacks.

Pacers:

Sorry no pacers allowed on the course.

Awards:

All participants will receive a finishers medal.

Post Race Food:

We understand that people have different dietary restrictions, needs, and preferences. Because of this, rather than include the cost of a post-race meal that you may or may not enjoy/ be able to eat, we do not include meals in our race registration fees.

Refund Policy:

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate refunds. Participants are welcome to transfer their bib to someone else without any penalty up to 5 days before the race.
