Our triathlons are designed to cater to all levels. They suit both the recreational to the more dedicated triathletes, individuals and teams, as well as newcomers and fun-sun seekers who want to have a great time in Barbados. Course Familiarisation and packet pickup will be held at the race site on October 21 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Temporary buoys will mark the swim course and athletes can swim the course at their own risk. No biking is allowed on the race course at any time prior to the race or at the course familiarisation.
Race briefing will be held October 21, 2023 at 4:30 pm online via Zoom, participation is mandatory. Failure to participate will result in a time penalty being assessed prior to the race.
Volunteer briefing will be held October 21, 2023 at 5:30 pm online via Zoom.
Prize giving and After Party - Will be held immediately after the event at Rascals Restaurant.
Swim Course
BFIT reserves the right to modify the course to accommodation the number of participants.
Bike Course
BFIT reserves the right to modify the course to accommodation the number of participants. N.B. the bike course will be a 4km loop and will not overlap with the run course.
Run Course
BFIT reserves the right to modify the course to accommodation the number of participants.
