The National Alliance on Mental Illness of Rockland County, Inc, (d/b/a NAMI Rockland) invites you to join us on Sunday, September 10th for our 2023 5K Run/Walk for Mental Wellness.
Our goal is to Raise Community Awareness, Confront the Myths related to Mental Illness and Combat the Prejudice, Shame and Stigma that result from misinformation. Recovery is Possible! Stigma keeps individuals living with mental health challenges and their families from seeking support and treatment, thus delaying their recovery.
