Event Cancellation and Refund Policy
Native Breast Cancer Awareness Walk Run is being planned as an in-person event. In the event we are unable to conduct the in-person event, you agree to the following:
Your entry will be converted to a virtual race or the event will be re-scheduled.
Your registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The bulk of the costs involved with producing the event occur in the months leading up to the event, therefore it is not feasible to offer refunds, transfers or deferrals in the situation that the in-person event is cancelled.
If you are not comfortable purchasing a non-refundable registration, please consider waiting closer to race day to register.
