Ugly Sweater Run presented by Hunter Subaru

Register before November 5th at midnight and get a FREE short sleeve shirt with your registration!

Beginning November 6th, shirts will only be available in limited quantities and sizes for $20.

All participants will get a Hunter Subaru goody bag and a festive holiday finisher ornament.

You can also skip the packet pickup process and have your swag + race number mailed to you before the event! That option is available for purchase during registration or from the race store up until November 12th at midnight.

This is a family friendly event, but it also takes place on roads that are open to traffic. We'll have road signs, course marshals, and police officers on the course, but all runners under 14 should be accompanied by an adult.

This year we're taking the costume contest to the next level! We're in search of the 'Most Creative Sweater!' Come one, come all, and come UGLY! Grab your tinsel, sequins, Christmas lights, ornaments, jingle bells and everything wacky and tacky, and create your own custom ho-ho-horrible ugly sweater!

The most creative ugly sweater for male, female, kid and group categories will win prizes from The Riveter!

Take a photo and post it on social media, then tag @idaphevents and @riveternc and use hashtag #uglysweaterrun.

Get ready to sleigh the holidays with us again this year as we bring back the most popular running series, the Holiday Hustle presented by Hunter Subaru!

Participants can join us either in-person or virtually (or a combo of both) for these three races:

• South Asheville Turkey Trot (Nov 23)
• Ugly Sweater Run (Dec 2)
• New Year’s Resolution Run (Jan 1)

And will receive an awesome 'Holiday Hustle' medal on New Year's Day! To enter the Holiday Hustle series, just sign up for each of the three events listed above and you will be automatically added. The deadline to register for the three races in the series to get the medal is Sunday, November 5th, 2023. There's no better way to get through the holidays than crushing goals and winning extra bling!

NEW FOR 2023: Plan to complete the Holiday Hustle Series and proudly show off your accomplishment with a personalized, Holiday Hustle Dri-Fit Shirt, available in unisex and women’s sizes.

Shirts will be personalized on the back with the names of all participants who register for all three events in the series before the November 5th deadline!

Shirts will be given out at the New Year's Resolution Run.
