Hampton Roads Pride’s Run the Rainbow 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run was the first race in the United States to host a gender neutral registration thanks to our partnership with the amazing team at Mettle Events. Our annual race attracts runners from across the east coast and is a perfect blend of fitness, family and coastal fun providing a great opportunity for businesses and organizations to connect directly with the thriving Hampton Roads Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (LGBTQIAP+) and allied communities. Our hope for this race is to inspire new runners and youth to adopt a healthy lifestyle and get involved with the Community.

Assisted athletes welcome and encouraged to participate.

The race will take place at Mount Trashmore, with start and finish located at the amphitheater.

Early Bird Pricing was active until September 1, prices have now gone up $5. Register before its too late!

Non-Profit vendors will be at Mount Trashmore on race day. Food and Beverage will be at the race After Party, at Three Notch'd Brewery, starting after the race completes and going until 3pm.

We will see everyone at Packet Pickup Friday, November 10 at Three Notch'd Brewery, from 7 pm-9 pm. Pickup your runner's bib, t-shirt, our new Hampton Roads Pride bag, your after-party drink tickets, and more!

After the run, join us as the Run the Rainbow 5k and Fun Run After Party, being held also at Three Notch'd Brewery. The fun will start immediately following the race on Saturday, and will go until 3 pm!
