Help Jennifer raise money

I’ll be participating again this year in 24 Hours of Hero's! 🏋🏼‍♀️ This event raises money for veterans and first responders living with PTSD and those struggling with mental health related to their honorary careers. I hold this event near and dear to my heart. As a person striving to achieve a career as a first responder, but also as a friend, a coach, and family member of those who continue to put their lives on the line every single day. The athletes at our gym who have to leave out the door mid workout because our community needs them, and the athletes who train to make sure they’re in the best shape for what could be the worst day of your life. Your efforts do not go unnoticed ❤️

The mental load of the traumatic experiences these personnel undergo is very taxing.

 - They are first on scene to car accidents that could be people they know.

- They are on the front lines of any major emergency. 

- They see traumatic fatalities.

- They can be in the direct line of fire of a weapon.

- They can answer a traumatic 911 phone call and never get the closure of knowing the outcome.

- They leave their families at home every day knowing there could be a chance they don’t return.

- Most importantly, they save lives! And they do so with grace and integrity!

The fact of the matter is, they see a lot and it can hold very heavy on their hearts. Always remember, they are the ones running towards the emergency as everyone else is running the opposite direction. We need them. And we need to support them. Please join me in helping to support them. They are our first responders.
