My Story…
Hoping that you will support me as I work out in honour of Constable Andrew Hong of the Toronto Police Service. During this Hero WOD, I will be remembering his sacrifice and thinking of his family and the Toronto Police Service community which includes my brother. All of the funds raised this weekend will provide mental services for Veterans, First Responders and their families through the programs offered by Wounded Warriors Canada.
