Can I give my entry to someone else?
No, we do not allow transfers for security reasons. We also do not allow deferments or refunds. The name on the bib must match the name on the identification.
Can I bring my family?
You can only bring your family if you already registered them as a runner. No spectators will be allowed.
Where do I park?
Parking for this year’s race will be in an off-site lot near the airpot. Look for details soon.
Do I have to pay for Parking?
No. Parking is free. You do need to be in the parking lot not later than 6:35 AM if you plan to participate in the race.
Can I pick up my packet on race day?
You can! Please arrive as early as possible. Everyone has to be screened by security and the last bus leaves at 6:45AM.
What time will the last bus leave?
Please do not wait for the last bus. Plan to arrive early!!! The last bus will leave at 6:45AM.
Do I need identification?
Yes! You will need a valid government-issued photo I.D. if you are 18 and older. You will need this EVEN if you picked up your packet early.
Can I bring a bag or handbag?
No bags will be permitted. A diaper bag (subject to search) is the only exception.
Is there a bagcheck or place to leave my jacket?
No. There is no place to leave your items. Plan to travel light.
Is there a limit on how long I am on the airfield?
Yes. You must be able to maintain a 20 minute mile for the race or you may be picked up by airport staff.
Can I go straight to the site if I have a badge?
No. Per the Aviation Director’s Notice, ALL participants (runners, walkers, and sponsors) must be screened against the no-fly list. All runners and walkers must report to the parking lot for ID check and screening. No one will be admitted through field gates.
Can I change my t-shirt size that I ordered?
No. We only ordered the shirts that were requested. We have no extras.
Can I get a t-shirt if I did not order one?
No. We do not have any extra shirts. All shirts were pre-ordered.
What type of security check is required to participate?
ALL participants must provide their full name (as it appears on their government-issued ID), date of birth and gender in advance. This information is used for a security check, which includes screening against the Department of Homeland Security's No-Fly List. Based on the security check, some people could be excluded from participating.
