Help Ashley raise money

When you see me rolling in my purple Jeep…wearing a purple shirt, carrying a purple bag…you may think Purple is my favorite color. Nope. My world turned purple when my best friend was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in 2013. As her friend, supporter, cheerleader and caregiver, she surpassed the 1-3 month survival estimate given by the doctors. She fought to survive for her children. She fought because she wasn’t even 40 years old… she fought with her entire being for a year after her Stage IV diagnoses. 

Though Purple is the color for Pancreatic Cancer, Purple also represents all cancers as a whole. My world turned purple because of Jennie and remains a rainbow of ribbons for support and remembrance of oh so many friends and family who have battled cancer, lymphoma, leukemia… all the things…

My promise to Jennie was to walk…in her honor…until I myself can no longer walk. Won’t you join me in walking for someone you love?
