- Packet Pick-Up will begin at 7:00am on race day at YMCA Camp Carter.

- Yes, someone else can pick up your packet. They will need to provide the participant's name or QR Code for identification.

- Event volunteers will guide participants to the designated parking areas upon entering the YMCA Camp Carter gates.

- We offer the following awards for overall winners:
- Top 3 Overall Male Finishers (Gun Time)
- Top 3 Overall Female Finishers (Gun Time)
- First Place Masters (40 & Older) Division Male (Chip Time)
- First Place Masters (40 & Older) Division Female (Chip Time)
- Do I get a finisher medal for completing the 5K?
- Yes, the first 350 registered finishers of the 5K will receive a finisher medal.
- Do you have age group awards?
- Yes, we will present male and female age group awards in the following categories:
- 0-12
- 13-19
- 20-29
- 30-39
- 40-49
- 50-59
- 60-69
- 70 & Up
- Will you have awards for the best family friendly costumes?
- Yes, we will have awards for the top 10 registered participants in costumes. Volunteer judges will identify award winners prior to the start of the 5K run.
- What events/distances are offered for the YMCA Camp Carter 5K Trail Run?
- This year's event includes a 5K for all registered runners and a 1K Youth Run for children aged 12 and under.
- What are the start times?
- The start times are as follows:
- 9:00am - Youth 1K Fun Run
- 9:30am - 5K Trail Run
- Can I walk the 5K course?
- Yes, walkers are welcome to participate. All walkers must start at the back of the starting coral.
- Can I bring my dog?
- While pups are allowed to attend the event, they will not be permitted on the course.
- Are runners’ chip timed?
- Yes, all runners will be chip timed.
- Will food and water be available at the YMCA Camp Carter 5K Trail Run?
- Post-race, water and fruit will be available for participants.
