6am Saturday | Pre breakfast 5km ‘parkrun’ |
10.30am Saturday | Timberline trail run 8/16km to Barrabup Pool for a swim and return* |
Saturday afternoon | Free time (bike or drive into Nannup) |
Saturday Night | Dinner and bonfire therapy |
6.30am Sunday | Pre breakfast 5km run |
11am (approx.) onwards | Pack up and depart |
* Return lift from Barrabup pool available | |

Saturday and Sunday Breakfast- cold selection of fruit, cereal, yoghurt and juice. Hot selection of bacon, eggs, hash browns and beans.

Dinner Saturday night- Roast Buffet, Roast pork and chicken, Roasted potato, sweet potato and pumpkin, Cauliflower and Broccoli cheese, Honey carrots, Peas and Corn, Dinner rolls and GOLDEN SYRUP DUMPLINGS.
