The goal of this event is to increase the awareness of mental health and wellness, mind, body and spirit.
All proceeds will benefit the health and well-being of residents mentally, emotionally and physically.
Awards / Race Info
- 5K participants will receive a From The Heart and Soul long sleeve dri-fit shirt
- all participants will receive a beer or root beer ticket at the end of the race
