Men's Wellness Promotion
On International Men's Day - Sunday, 19th November 2023, the Men's Ministry of the Roxborough Seventh Day Adventist Church invites everyone to come celebrate Men's Wellness.
As such, we will be launching our First 5K and 7K runs, along with spiritual, health, and wellness promotion for men.
Please use the registration bottom below to register for the event. Come, let's have fun and celebrate together.

5K Route Map
The 5K Race route starts at the Cyd Gray Stadium, heads north towards Roxborough Secondary School, and turns left onto the Cocoa Estate Road, opposite Roxborough Secondary School. Proceed past the Argyle Waterfall entrance keep right, then make left and continue all the way down to Lammy Road. Keep going straight ahead until you reach the Windward Road, make a left and continue on the Windward Road, back to the Cyd Gray Stadium, make a lap around the stadium field, and head to the finish line
Race Terrain: Mostly flat, 20% trail and 80% pitch road.
7K Route Map
The 7K Race route starts at the Cyd Gray Stadium, makes a right on Windward Road up the Old Gas Station and makes a left up Station Hill follows the Road and makes a right, and then heads north towards Roxborough Secondary School, and turns left onto the Cocoa Estate Road, opposite Roxborough Secondary School. Proceed past the Argyle Waterfall entrance keep right, then make left and continue all the way down to Lammy Road. Keep going straight ahead until you reach the Windward Road, make a left and continue on the Windward Road, back to the Cyd Gray Stadium, make a lap around the stadium field, and head to the finish line.
Race Terrain: 150m early tough hill, then mostly flat, 15% trail and 85% pitch road.

All Participants will receive a high-quality collector's medal.
