Walk for Freedom

CCLA will be holding a fundraising walk on Sunday, October 29, 2023, to raise awareness about our work for rights and freedoms for all people in Canada and to raise needed funds to expand this critical work. A generous donor will match all donations to the Walk for Freedom up to $50,000.

Walkers will gather at 12 noon at the College Street end of Alan Borovoy Lane, which honours our long-time Executive Director and his outstanding leadership in civil liberties. The walk will continue up to and along Harbord Street to Queen’s Park, where there will be a short gathering. Please join us for the walk and/or sponsor one of our walkers!
