Kuala Kangsar Half Marathon 2023 kali pertama ini peringkat kebangsaan akan diadakan untuk memberi kepuasan kepada masyarakat tempatan sama-sama mengambil bahagian di dalam larian dan merancakkan lagi aktiviti kecergasan serta mengamalkan Gaya Hidup Sihat.
Hadiah cabutan bertuah akan diadakan untuk menggalakkan lebih ramai warga sekitar untuk melibatkan diri dalam Kuala Kangsar Half Marathon 2023 ini.
