This race will take place at the Musquodoboit Trailways in Musquodoboit Harbour, Nova Scotia. Get ready for a fast, fun 10km race around Admirals Lake on beautiful trails.
This race is perfect for everyone from the first-time trail runner to the most seasoned, titanium-ankled, single-track crushing athletes.
There will be one distance this year, a 10ish km race that starts along the rail trail for about 1.5km before heading into the woods. From there you will navigate the Admirals Lake loop for roughly 7km. After completing the loop you'll be back on the rail trail for the last 1.5km sprint to the finish.
The course is very runnable with some technical sections that will challenge your technical abilities. There's just enough climbing to give you a few nice vantage points of the lake and surrounding valley.

There will be Prizing for both the 10km Podium finishers and the over 50 winners (male and female) plus a bunch of door prizes up for grabs as always.
We are still working out the final details with Sober Island Brewing but plan for an after-race social at their Musquodoboit Beer Garden. We will provide more details on this and a special offer from our friends at Uprooted Market & Cafe in the participant's email and social media shortly.
