FRUIT VIRTUAL RUN 2023
Introduction
1. The Fruit Virtual Run 2023 program is organised by Dsyada Empire.
2. This program is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 4 years old and above.
3. For participants who are 18 years old and below, they must get permission and always be under the supervision of their parents when registering and also when performing running activities.
4. By registering through the portal provided, the organiser presumes that permission has been given by parents or guardians to participate in this program.
Registration
1. Registration starts on 28 August 2023 and will end on 30 October 2023.
2. Registration can be done online through the RaceXasia website. Participants can also contact the secretariat if they need assistance to register via email dempire.event@gmail.com.
3. Each participant must ensure their health is always at a good level and is suitable to register in this program and carry out the prescribed activities. The organiser will not be responsible for any accident, injury or any accident and loss while participating in this program.
4. Participants must fill in precise, accurate and up-to-date personal information as required. Any information and notices will be sent to the registered email address or through the specified telephone number.
5. Each participant will receive a registration confirmation slip via the email provided. If there is any discrepancy, please inform the secretariat within 24 hours from the date of confirmation email. A service charge of RM10.00 will be imposed for any changes after the stipulated time.
Running Activity.
1. Running activities can start from 28 August 2023 until 30 November 2023.
2. Participants must also ensure that activities are carried out in a suitable and safe area to avoid unwanted incidents.
3. Participants can choose to run physically or do it on the 'Treadmill' in the gymnasium and also in their respective houses.
4. Running activities can be carried out all at once or periodically according to the time and ability of the participants.
5. Participants can use any application for calculating steps, running, as well as tapping on the 'Treadmill' screen for the purpose of uploading activity execution reports.
6. Each participant must upload the activity report by completing the form at this link: https://forms.gle/NFAtNEffp7DroE2q9
7. The activity report can be uploaded cumulatively for the entire activity or in stages according to the activity date.
8. The organiser reserves the right not to recognize any report of suspicious activities and cancel the activity.
9. Only participants who finish the run within the specified time period are eligible to receive an E-certificate of completion.
10. The organiser has the right to use any pictures, recordings or any other media records for legitimate purposes including commercial advertising and public announcements.
Purchase and Delivery of Running Kits
1. Participants who register will receive a T-shirt, Event Medal, Bib Number and E-Certificate of completion as advertised with the following prices: -
First 300 participants : RM49
Next 300 participants : RM55
Until the registration closing date : RM65
Special: For the first 300 registered participants will receive gifts in the form of a limited edition hand fan and a non-woven bag.
*Not including a delivery charge of RM10.00 for the peninsula & RM17.00 for Sabah and Sarawak.
2. Each participant is advised to refer to T-shirt measurement chart to avoid sizing problems during delivery.
3. No t-shirt sizing change will be accepted after 24 hours from the confirmation email.
4. Delivery of the running kit will start on 30 October 2023 (Batch 1) and 30 November 2023 (Batch 2).
5. If there is a return of a running kit package that fails to be delivered for any reason, the organiser will only manage the re-delivery of the package upon participant's request with an extra delivery charge to be borne by the participant.
6. For running kits that failed to be handed over and failed to be claimed after 10 December 2023, the organiser will dispose the records of storage and holding, and the organiser is not responsible for returning the kit to the participants.
Others
The Organiser reserves the right to modify and replace these terms and conditions at any time without any requirement or obligation of notice from participants.
