Our event takes place at Regina's beautiful Wascana Park. The urban lake is famous and hosts multiple activities throughout the year. We are thrilled to have our run/walk on the beautiful pathway surrounding the Provincial Legislation building! Participants will start near the Legislation parking lot and make their way through the park, enjoying the sights and sounds of this beautiful urban wetland.

Gather your flock of friends and family and migrate our way this fall to enjoy time outdoors, courtesy of nature.

Canada’s wetlands are incredible!
By lacing up for Duck and Run, you're helping to:

• Make Canada’s lakes and beaches clean and healthy! Wetlands are nature’s kidneys, filtering out pollutants and reducing the risk of blue-green algae.
• Secure the future for wildlife! More than 550 species rely on Canada’s wetland habitats, including 97 species at risk.
• Build climate resilience for our communities! Wetlands store carbon, shield our communities from extreme weather and reduce the severity of flooding and drought.

These incredible ecosystems need our help. Many have already been lost and more are destroyed every day. That’s why we’re celebrating our 85th anniversary with a pledge to protect 15 million habitat acres across Canada this year alone—adding up to a surface area larger than Lake Huron!

Each registered participant will receive a commemorative lanyard, waterfowl band and neck gaiter!

You can also earn a cool Duck and Run t-shirt by raising $150 or more.
