Harvest Hustle Challenge

Embrace the changing seasons and join in for 5 weeks of activities on the trails that will make the transition into running in cooler weather and shorter days one heckuva fun time!

We're ready to feel the cool breeze on our faces, jump in all the puddles we can find, and run through big piles of crunchy leaves!

Cost: $49

The Harvest Hustle Challenge is 5 weeks long, with one activity to complete each week, and some bonus activities for extra hurrahs!

When you register, you will be sent an email outlining the first week's challenge and inviting you to join our group's Facebook page.

Each week we will be giving away prizes from some of our wonderful sponsors such as Kintec, Arc'teryx, Meridian Farm Markets (and more), and all you have to do to have a chance to win the weekly prizes is complete the weekly activity! Not to mention, we're giving away a GRAND PRIZE that one lucky participant will be winning on the last day of the challenge!

The weekly prizes will be drawn randomly from all participants who complete the weekly activity and announced in the weekly email and on our social channels, so be sure to follow along on our social media and in the Facebook group.

What You Need To Know

Let's get to the good part: the challenges!! You'll receive all the nitty gritty good stuff when you register, but here's a preview of what you can expect in this challenge. Every challenge is meant to encourage you to push your limits, connect with other wonderful trail runners, and have an unbe-leaf-able Fall!! (Yep, we went there)

From October 2nd - November 5th, you will be completing a new activity each week and you'll receive all the details for the upcoming challenge in your weekly Sunday emails. But in the meantime, here's a little preview of each week!

Starting October 2nd, each week you will be doing a new activity:

Week 1 (October 2-8): Sweater Weather - What better way to embrace the new season of chilly air and crunchy leaves than to get out there as many times as we can this week for a consistency-based challenge? Every Day We're Hustlin!

Week 2 (October 9-15): River Rainbows - Did you ever collect colorful rocks by the river as a kid? Or better yet, maybe even as an adult?! To the river, we go!

Week 3 (October 16-22): Pumpkin SPICY - That's right, this week is getting spicy!! This week is for the mountain climbs and spicy highs. It's vert week, chasing down the ultimate 1,000 m of elevation.

Week 4 (October 23-29): Hunter's Moon - Embrace the full moon and the spooky Halloween decor that will be in full swing this week! We're going on a moonlit scavenger hunt this week...

Week 5 (October 30-November 5): Harvest Hustle - All our hard work is going to pay off in the final week with a 5km/10km/21km virtual race!

** To be entered to win the grand prize, you need to complete 4 of the 5 weekly challenges. There are lots of ways to complete each challenge, so don't worry if the way you choose to do it is a little different than the way your neighbor does it. We're excited to see all of your creative submissions! :)

Prize & Swag Collection:

Prizes and Swag will be available for pick up at your local Kintec location at the end of the challenge. You'll see a tab in the Harvest Hustle Fall Challenge spreadsheet where you can enter the Kintec location that is most convenient for you to pick up your swag and prizes from, and we will make sure it gets there for you. You will have 1 month to collect your items after the challenge.
