FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
1. What if I make a mistake while registering online?
Sign into your Race Roster account (www.raceroster.com), open the “Menu” in the upper right corner, and select “edit my profile”. Having difficulty? Email charlotte@loaringphysio.com for assistance.
2. If I am a CAF member, should I use my military email or personal email for this Challenge?
It is better to use your “personal email” for this Challenge as military network security measures may prevent some of the images and links from going through.
3. Can I donate at any time during the Challenge?
Yes! The last day to donate is Sunday, December 3, 2023. Donations of $10.00 or greater receive tax receipts. Donate in one of three ways:

4. What does it mean when if I am asked if I’d like to donate “directly to the fundraising organization” or “to my fundraising page”?
100% of all donations go to Soldier On at the end of this challenge. When asked this question while donating, Race Roster is trying to determine if you’d like your donation “to appear on your fundraising page” (versus not appearing on your page). Donations that appear on your fundraising page are tallied and eligible for individual and team recognition. If you made a mistake during the donation process, email charlotte@loaringphysio.com and we will correct it!
5. How do I find my personal fundraising page? What is this page used for?
