Join us on Saturday, October 14th at 9:00 am ET at TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon Expo for a 3km-5km shakeout run presented by our friends at Running Room and supported by Parkdale Roadrunners.

9:00 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. | Meet up outside the Hall D doors at the Enercare
9:15 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. | Shake out run
10:00 a.m. - 10:20 a.m. | Coffee and pastries at TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon Expo Stage
