Functional Progressive XC ski lessons. These are meant to be progressive. Starting with just getting your body moving, then getting your body moving on skis, then building fundamentals. Each session will include warmup, xc ski progression and terrain management. Good for New, up to those who have a few years of beginner skiing in them

On Sunday the 10th and 31st we will be offering a Ski yoga class allowing for relaxation after a great day of skiing. Yoga will be run by Rose Serpico - details to come.
