Come & enjoy this fun, festive event. This 5K will be in downtown Marshall, TX. You will run/walk among the festive Christmas lights & historic lighted courthouse! This event will be held at night & participants are encouraged to wear lights & Christmas clothing! This is also a 5K for a cause. Your registration will benefit the Marshall Education Foundation.

Merry Maverick Run - School Challenge option for parent & child Closed
Marshall Education Foundation’s Merry Maverick Run promotes health and fitness in the classroom by encouraging local families to participate. The Marshall ISD campus with the most students and adults participating in the Merry Maverick Run on race day will receive a $100 grant for their physical education program. Students must register for the run, check-in at the registration table, indicate their campus, and at least start the race. School spirit or Christmas spirit wear is encouraged. There will be two divisions – PreK through 5th grade and 6th grade and above. Pricing is $40 for this event and includes 2 shirts.
