Blazing Hills Trail Run & Walk

Blazing Hills is a new trial run/walk event hosted on private property in the heart of the Waimarino.
Contestants will have a unique opportunity to access undiscovered territory and terrain over off-the-beaten tracks in an authentic part of NZ.
The hills will be challenging and relentless. All the courses except for the 3km include a part or all of Heartbreak Hill (431-785mt asl). This hilltop is the high point in our area (785mt) and once at the top you are rewarded with great 360 degree views over the surrounding hill country, Raetihi township, Waimarino Plateau, the mountains; Ruapehu, Tongariro, Ngauruhoe and to the west Mt Taranaki.
