Getting ready for the next fundraising challenge on Sunday! I'm doing the Frosty 5k virtually to raise funds and awareness for Joseph Brant Hospital's Addiction and Mental Health programs in Hamilton. 

My race kit came yesterday and I'm getting ready! Donations can be accepted up until March 31st. Every bit helps! I appreciate your support!

Growing up in the Hamilton area and being 16 years clean, as well as navigating mental health challenges both with myself and those close to me, this is an important cause to me. I'd love your support, however that looks for you!

This year's race is raising funds for Joseph Brant Hospital's Mental Health and Addictions Program. Donations will support the Mental Health and Addictions (MHA) Program at Joseph Brant Hospital (JBH), which provides a full-continuum model of care, planned and designed according to needs of the patients in our community.
