This month I am going to be walking for YouQuest, a cause that is near and dear to my heart.  YouQuest supports individuals navigating the challenges of young onset dementia and gives them and their families a place to belong through building community for active health and well-being.  I have had the privilege of volunteering, and now working with this incredible organization and have been moved by seeing the positive, life-changing impact that it has on the participants and their families.
