Help Sheldon raise money

For participating in Servus Calgary Marathon 2024

My Story…

Dear friends and family,

I'll be running a half-marathon race to raise awareness and funds for the Calgary Celiac Association, a non-profit organization that supports people with Celiac disease and promotes awareness about this condition.

As some of you may know, my 3-year-old daughter and I have Celiac disease. Celiac disease is an autoimmune disorder that affects the small intestine and can cause serious health problems if left untreated. People with Celiac disease cannot eat gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. This means that they have to follow a strict gluten-free diet for life.

Living with Celiac disease can be challenging, especially for young children who may not understand why they can't eat certain foods or who may feel left out at social events. That's why I'm running this race and raising funds for the Calgary Celiac Association. This organization provides valuable support, resources, and education for people with Celiac disease and their families. They also work to increase awareness about Celiac disease in the community and advocate for the needs of people with this condition.

I'm asking for your support in this important cause. Your donation will help the Calgary Celiac Association continue their important work and make a difference in the lives of people with Celiac disease. No amount is too small, and every dollar counts.

Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,

Sheldon
