Habitat for Humanity GTA brings communities together to help families build strength, stability and self-reliance through affordable homeownership. Every Habitat home and community we build alongside our volunteers, future Habitat homeowners and partners changes the lives of parents and children. Our homeownership model plays an important role in helping families create a foundation for a life with more choices and opportunities. By mobilizing communities, keeping housing affordable, and giving families a hand up in a time of need, we are helping build a more inclusive, better GTA for everyone.

At Habitat for Humanity Greater Toronto Area, we are creating a world where everyone has a safe, quality place to live. Right now in the GTA, there are thousands of families living in homes that are unhealthy, overcrowded and unaffordable. For these families, saving for the future is completely out of reach. Children grow up without ever knowing the stability and comfort of a good home. We are working to change that, but we need your help.

We mobilize volunteers and communities to help working, local families build strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable home ownership. With families facing a housing affordability crisis, your support is needed more than ever before.
