My Story…
Hello! I'm Ryan. I'm on a mission to lace up my running shoes and make every step count. Running isn't just about physical fitness; it's an outlet for my mental well-being. It's taught me firsthand the incredible power of movement to manage stress, find clarity, and foster resilience.
Now, I'm channelling that power into something bigger than myself. On May 5th, I'll run the Toronto Marathon to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA).
My goal is to raise $2000. With your support, we can significantly impact the lives of those struggling with mental illness.
Mental health affects us all, whether directly or indirectly. By supporting my marathon campaign, you're endorsing the importance of mental well-being and providing crucial resources for individuals and families across Canada who are navigating their mental health journeys. Together, let's show that movement matters. Every step I take during this marathon will be fueled by the knowledge that we're making strides toward better mental health for all. Join me in running towards a brighter, healthier future.
Donate to help Ryan raise money for Toronto Marathon’s fundraising campaign.
