My Story…
I am walking a half marathon with Envision Blind Sports to support the best nonprofit out there! I have volunteered with Envision Blind Sports for over 15 years! Envision is the reason I became a teacher of the blind and visually impaired! I will always be so thankful that this incredible organization not only provides me with incredible experiences with blind athletes but for giving me a job that matches my passion!
Description
WHO WE ARE: Envision Blind Sports is a program that provides year-round sport and physical activity opportunities for children and adults who are blind or visually impaired. We began championing our mission in 2006 and since then have become an official non-profit in 2017. Every year we are able to provide sports clinics, educational support, outdoor adventures, and a yearly camp to over 100 athletes.
