Divided into heats, you will have 10 minutes to swim as many laps as you can (any stroke) in the pool, 20 minutes to bike on a stationary bike with a coach leading you through a course, and then 15 minutes to walk or run as many laps as you can on the track.

Register in the heat you want so you can participate with friends. Your swim ability/speed does not need to be taken into consideration when you choose your heat as you will be sorted by pace within your heat on the day of the event.
