Raise money for BrainSTRONG Network
The Ottawa Community Foundation works with stakeholders as a trusted partner bringing positive, systemic, and sustainable change in the community. The Ottawa Community Foundation supports the BrainSTRONG Network of Canada Fund held at the foundation which works with acquired brain injury (ABI) survivors and caregivers. This network is run by individuals who know brain injuries first-hand. They connect survivors to escape the isolation of brain injury and assist individuals to achieve independent living.
Be BrainSTRONG for the 2024 Ottawa Race Weekend. Choose to participate in person or virtual and support multiple brain injury charities! Take part in the 2k, 5k, 10k, ½ marathon, or full marathon or the Bytown, Voyageur, and Lumberjack Challenges.
If the pandemic is such that you’d prefer to participate in the virtual event, you can choose any date and location in May to complete your event. If you choose the in person option, you'll join with others in racing in downtown Ottawa.
Note: All donations of $20 and up will receive a tax receipt from the Ottawa Community Foundation.
