Help Chrys raise money

Last year you all helped me raise over🏅 $2500 🚀 for the amazing team at The University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation that helped me back on the road to mental and physical health. Exceeding my initial goal of by 5X!! This year I've doubled my distance 🏃 to 10km so I'm doubling my goal ☝ to $1000!! 

I'm a bit late to fundraising, but please consider helping me give back to the amazing team of caregivers, EMTs, researchers, doctors, nurses, and surgeons that gave me another chance to run.

In the fall of 2021, I suffered a heart attack that led to 3 surgeries, 3 stents and a double bypass, to help unblock my LAD and RCA. I’m running to thank the amazing care at the uOttawa Heart Institute for all that they do.
