My Story…

I have been participating in Ottawa Race weekend for many years.  This year will be my second year running in the "Challenge Race" where I will compete in the 5km and 10km race Saturday evening and 21.1km race Sunday.  Last year I set of goal of winning the "Challenge Race" for women and was able to meet that goal!  I also placed 11th overall.  This year I have the same goal of winning the race for women and am hoping to break into the top 10 overall. 

While the race is hard, running for a cause makes it worth every ache and pain I will feel for many days later!
