My Story…

My first official race ever! I've spent the two years since my heart surgery working on my physical rehab and now I'm up for a challenge! Support me and my work with Shelter Movers in Ottawa by donating whatever you can.

 $250 is enough to move an entire family fleeing violence from start to finish!
