My Story…
One of my earliest childhood memories is seeing those sad commercials for the humane society and other animal charities and just crying in front of the TV. I remember promising myself I would do whatever I could to help animals who can't help themselves in any way I could.
Enter: Ottawa Race Weekend!
Each year, the Ottawa Humane Society cares for thousands of sick, injured and homeless animals. They also provide leadership in animal welfare to help build a compassionate community and a brighter future for our animals.
My goal is to raise $500 for OHS. Any dollar amount will help give a homeless and vulnerable animal a second chance.
