Our story…
Since 2012 a group of dedicated runners and walkers have been participating in the Ottawa Race Weekend in support of the RunForRoon and the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. Michael passed away suddenly in November 2011. Over the years he received wonderful care from the entire medical team. We established an endowment fund in his memory. Thanks to the generosity of the RunForRoon supporters, we have raised over $105,000.
