Ultra TriFest Canada is a first of it's kind multi Ultra distance race festival being held in the spectacular setting of Whistler, BC.

Ultra 515 Canada & the Ultra 515 World Wide Championships are three day ultra endurance triathlon events with four stages covering 515 kms.

Each day has a 12-hour time limit.

For those not quite up to 515 kms just yet: join forces with friends and take on the same course together as part of an Ultra 515 Canada Relay or opt into Ultra 360's more manageable distances.

If you prefer to off road bike–you are in luck because this is Whistler and we also offer the Ultra 260 Canada Gravel.

Finally, if you are an experienced 515 racer and want a new challenge, why not conquer the Ultra 515 Canada Non-Stop.

Third party insurance is available at check out through Registration Shield. Ultra TriFest Canada has no affiliation to this protect or it's pricing. This optional insurance is offered for your benefit.

Ultra TriFest Canada Refund Policy

  • 100% refund (less transaction fees) available till December 1st of the year prior to your race. Roll over is not available.
  • 75% refund (less transaction fees) from Dec 1st [year prior] - March 31st in the year of your race. Roll over is not available.
Withdrawal from the event after March 31st in the year of your race will result in the forfeiture of fees paid, regardless of reason including the following: (1) force majeure (reasons outside the control of the organizers), medical, personal, travel, family, work, military service, etc. unless you have received the Roll Over Protection Assurance as a gift for your donation to the Detachment Technique.

There will be no refunds if the event or any portion is postponed, modified, or cancelled. Cancellation of the event, by event officials for any reason including adverse, Inclement, or unsafe weather, natural disasters, and other situations outside the organizers control including public health advisories, epidemics and pandemics and any other forced majeure are included.
If conditions develop prior to or during the event which necessitate a change, the following action(s), in order of severity as deemed by event officials, will take place: (a) postponement (b) course modification, (c) cancellation.


WHAT IS THE ROLL OVER PROTECTION ASSURANCE
With the Protection Assurance, one can cancel at any time prior to the check in date, and rollover the full entry fee amount (less costs of personalized goods or materials) toward another year that has space available. Any difference in fees between race years will be owed.
Without this protection you are subject to the regular Refund Policy above.

During your registration you will be prompted to support the Detachment Technique App which provides PTSD support to first responders and others for free. Ultra TriFEst Canada has chosen to support this as Steve King is a principal partner and originator of the technique.

While you may donate as little or as much as you like, with a minimum $50 donation you will receive ROLL OVER PROTECTION ASSURANCE as a gift for your support.

  1. 5% GST will be applied at checkout on your registration.
  2. An online processing fee will be applied to all online registrations.
  3. Donations are set to have the athlete pay the processing fee so that 100% of the donation is received by the Detachment Technique App.
  4. VISA, MC, Amex, and Discover Card accepted.
  5. All funds payable in Canadian Dollars. Your credit card statement will show a charge from Race Roster or Ultra TriFest Canada for your registration into this event.
