As a stage IV colorectal cancer patient, there are many uncertainties in my life. However, I can be certain that with the love and support from my family, friends, and Colorectal Cancer Resource & Action Network (CCRAN), I can have a very fulfilling life despite my diagnosis. Thanks to the wonderful people at CCRAN, I was able to get the best surgical therapy offered at UHN. Now it's my turn to give back. CCRAN is an organization that is available for patients like myself who are in need of guidance, support and education so that we can take a deep breath while we battle this horrible disease. On Sun., Apr. 28th we walk/run 5km for BUMRUN. Please help CCRAN continue their mission to provide support, education and advocacy for colorectal cancer patients and caregivers.
