Melissa O'Leary Memorial Splash Pad Fund
The City of Woodstock has launched the Melissa O'Leary Memorial Splash Pad fund as a way to honor Melissa's life and service, as well as her unwavering commitment to our City and its residents. A community splash pad would be a fitting tribute to her longtime service with Woodstock Water Works and creating a fun and safe place for families and children to create special memories.
This splash pad will provide an inclusive area and a new experience for residents and patrons for generations to come.
For the past 20 years, Melissa Canto O'Leary served Woodstock residents with great honor, pride and loyalty as an exemplary and dedicated employee of the City of Woodstock at Woodstock Water Works. Melissa passed away unexpectedly at the end of August 2022.
