The Euroz Hartley's Port to Pub with Hotel Rottnest is a quintessential West Australian sporting event in which swimmers cross the iconic channel from Fremantle to Rottnest Island.
Facts
- Port to Pub starts at Leighton Beach in Fremantle (the 'Port') and ends at Hotel Rottnest (the 'Pub') on Rottnest Island
- The first ever Rottnest swim took place in Fremantle on the North Mole
- Port to Pub offers two distances; these are a 25km ultramarathon and 19.7km direct route
- The 19.7km distance can be done as a team of six (~ 3km per team member), team of four (~ 5km per team member), duo (~10km per team member), or solo
- The 25km ultramarathon is an event for solo swimmers and one of the three prestigious swims of the Australian Triple Crown of open water swimming
