Saipan Marathon 2024

Hafa adai, tirow waami, and warm greetings from The Marianas!
On March 9, 2024, the 16 th Annual Saipan Marathon will welcome participants
from around the world to our tropical island home in the U.S. Commonwealth of the
Northern Mariana Islands in the western Pacific.
This Saipan Marathon is an AIMS/World Athletics certified course featuring a full-
marathon, half-marathon, 10K, and 5K courses alongside a tranquil lagoon, through our
lush green roadways, and past historic sites and artifacts from a diverse history dating
back 4,000 years. Our islands are home to indigenous Chamorros and Carolinians.
Touch their history as you pass a rare limestone latte stone along the course or take a
lagoon sail with a master or student traditional ocean navigation, still accomplished today
without maps, satellite, or modern technology.
