My Story…
At age 5 my dad was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. I watch him have to manage this his entire life, until this past October when he passed due complications of his diabetes at the age of 62.
This race is in honor of my dad and in hopes that one day no children have to struggling their whole life managing this disease.
